You need three things in order to achieve a goal: willpower, intelligence and emotional investment. I thought I was lacking in willpower, but now I see that it's actually my intelligence that's been the problem. Specifically, I didn't realise that I need more than five hours of sleep a night and one meal a day if I'm going to have such an active schedule.
So. Time to formulate a NEW BATTLE PLAN! Involving SLEEP! And VEGETABLES! |
